Welcome to Notre Dame’s Pre-College Programs Application web portal! All applications for Summer Scholars and ND Leadership Seminars must be submitted using our online application system. We will not accept and process applications that are printed and received via mail or courier.
To begin your Pre-College application, create a Pre-College Application account. Creating an application account will allow you to save your information as you go and to return to your saved application at any time before the submission deadline.
Please note the account you create is only for the purpose of applying for a Pre-College Program. [Due to the amount of unsolicited emails you may receive, please check/set your spam filters (junk mail) and confirm allowing further emails from FormSite.com during the application process.]
All Summer Scholars applications (including all supporting documentation and letters of reference) must be received by 11:59 p.m. (EDT) on Friday, February 15, 2013. Consideration of applications received after that date cannot be guaranteed.
All Leadership Seminar applications (including all supporting documentation and letters of reference) must be received by 11:59 p.m. (EDT) on Thursday, February 28, 2013. Consideration of applications received after that date cannot be guaranteed.
